5 days | Puerto Francisco de Orellana, Francisco de Orellana Canton, Orellana, Ecuador | $695
Overview
overview
The Amazon Yasuni Rainforest trip is a 5-day guided ecotourism adventure through one of Ecuador's most biodiverse regions, beginning and ending in the town of Coca (Francisco de Orellana). Led by a specialized guide and traveling by land and canoe, the trip takes you deep into the Yasuni area, staying in an eco lodge with private rooms. It's designed as a low-impact experience that involves local indigenous communities, offering an immersive way to explore remote rainforest far from typical tourist trails.
Over the five days you'll spot birds, monkeys, sloths, and caimans, climb a 45-meter observation tower beside a giant Ceibo tree, watch parrots and parakeets gather at natural salt licks, swim in the Napo River, and take guided night walks to find frogs and amphibians. The itinerary also includes rich cultural experiences: a visit to the Kichwa community of Anangu and a welcome at a Shuar Cultural Center featuring an ancestral drink and traditional local lunch. Limoncocha lake offers prime wildlife viewing and sunset over the water.
The price includes eco lodge accommodation, all meals starting from lunch on day one, a specialized guide, land and canoe transport, airport pick-up, drinking water, and rubber boots. Guests should budget for tips and park admissions not covered in the price — Yasuni ($20) and Limoncocha ($10) — as well as international airfare to Ecuador, which is arranged separately. An optional Quito extension is available for those wanting to add time in the capital.

Real stories from real travelers
Perfecta localización con vistas espectaculares. Muy buena atención.
Every single person involved in this trip, from the driver, to the experienced guide, to the hosts , everyone was amazing.
I always felt extremely well taken care of. It was a beautiful experience.
I booked the Iliniza Norte, Cotopaxi, and Chimborazo climbs, and everything was perfectly organized. From the very beginning, Wlady answered all my questions incredibly quickly. Transportation was well arranged, the guesthouses were comfortable and welcoming, and vegetarian meals were always available for me.

The climbs themselves were fantastic. A special thanks goes to my guide, Wily, whose professionalism and support helped me reach all three summits safely. It was an unforgettable experience, and I highly recommend this team.
Great Experience, I highly recommend booking with Andes Eco Adventures. Everything was great, and Wlady was always very responsive and helpful. Thanks again !
